Maison Pepti was founded in Canada because the research supply market rewards assertion over evidence. A percentage appears on a listing, unattributed and unaccompanied, and the buyer is invited to believe it. Our customers are clinicians, laboratories and academics who answer for what they put on the bench, so we owe them two things: analysis commissioned from a laboratory with nothing to gain, and a plain account of what that analysis can and cannot establish. This page is the second.
Sourcing
Every compound begins with a written specification: the sequence, the expected purity, the form it should arrive in. Suppliers are vetted against that document before a single vial is accepted. A specification on file is what makes a later analysis meaningful, because there is something to measure the result against.
Independent analysis
Each production run is submitted to an accredited laboratory for identity and purity analysis. Identity confirms the material is the sequence it claims to be, typically by mass spectrometry. Purity quantifies how much of the vial is that sequence and how much is something else, typically by HPLC. The laboratory has no commercial interest in the answer, which is the entire reason we use one.
Published, not filed away
Findings are published on the page, compound by compound, in the form the laboratory returned them. We do not paraphrase a result into a badge. If an analysis is not something we would want a reviewer reading line by line, the run does not ship.
What testing does not tell you
An analysis speaks to identity and purity. It says nothing about safety, efficacy, or fitness for any use in humans or animals. Every compound ships from Canada with tracked delivery, for laboratory research only.
